To strengthen our quality department, we are now looking for a Supplier Quality Manager, based at our headquarters in Stockholm. In this role, you will play a central and key role in supporting and driving the company's growth. We look forward to welcoming you to our engaged and dedicated team.

To be successful in this role, we see that you have:

  • Experience in SQA/SQE, business development, logistics, and Supply Chain Management.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Relevant education, such as a Master's degree in Engineering or a Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
  • Good knowledge and understanding of Lean Six Sigma or similar methods.
  • A strong technical interest and good analytical skills.
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to build long-term relationships.
  • A structured and quality-conscious work style.
  • Leadership qualities and the ability to take responsibility.
  • Fluent English, with good knowledge of Swedish as an advantage.

It is also advantageous if you have:

  • Experience from a related position where your previous experience aligns with the above description.
  • Previous experience working in the manufacturing industry.
  • Experience with fire prevention solutions.
  • A background in international operations.

About the role

As a Supplier Quality Manager, you will be a key person in ensuring and developing our qualification requirements for suppliers.

Your work will include:

  • Qualification and evaluation of suppliers – Responsible for supplier qualification and technical evaluation in close collaboration with purchasing and R&D.
  • Development of quality processes – Improve systems for quality monitoring, qualification requirements, and incoming inspection.
  • Preventive quality work – Strengthen collaboration with suppliers and implement long-term solutions to prevent quality issues.
  • Management of quality deviations – Initiate and lead corrective actions and perform root cause analyses to resolve and prevent deviations.
  • Collaboration with internal departments – Work closely with the development department to ensure that technical specifications meet requirements and lead to a finished, well-functioning product.
  • Ensuring incoming inspection – Ensure that the incoming inspection has the right competence, resources, and tools to verify that the supplier's products meet specifications.
  • Budget responsibility – Responsible for effectively managing and following up the budget for quality-related activities.
  • Strategic and operational work – Work both strategically and operationally to ensure high supplier quality and drive long-term improvements.
  • Travel days – Since our suppliers are located worldwide, you can expect about 30 travel days per year.
